Greetings Parents,

The Infinite Campus parent portal is now open for annual records updates for the 2026-27 school year. When you log in to Parent Portal you will immediately be directed to update information for your students for the coming school year. If you need any assistance with your portal login, please submit a help desk ticket (here : support@alexanderschools.zendesk.com) or click the "support button" on the lower right hand corner of our website homepage. Student course and classroom assignments are currently not available as final scheduling is not complete. They should be available starting in early August. Supply lists are available on our website here: https://www.alexanderschools.org/page/backtoschool

The district will be transitioning a new automated bus routing system starting this school year. The system relies on accurate information within the Infinite Campus System. We have added a new check box in the annual records update which will allow you to specify either yes or no if your students will need school transportation provided by the district.

We are still using the same school app. The company renamed the "rooms" app to "connect".

Alexander schools would like to invite our families to participate in the Annual Peanut Butter and Jelly Project presented by Athens County Children Services. Beginning June 4th and running through July 30th each Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm, families in need can come to the front elementary parking lot and be given a week’s supply of peanut butter and jelly with bread while supplies last. This is a free program to help families offset the increased food costs over the summer. If you have any questions, you can call our Outreach worker Kent Felts at 740-592-3061. May 13th will be chromebook collection day for the class of 2026. Please return your chromebooks and power supplies to Mrs Mowry. Students taking AP tests may turn them in after their test.

Alexander Drama Club Presents "Frozen, The Musical" Performances are May 2nd at 6 PM, May 3rd at 2 PM, May 8th at 6 PM and May 9th at 4 PM on the stage in the Alexander Cafetorium.

Infinite Campus will be offline from 5 PM today through the weekend for a server upgrade. New links to it will be published on Monday on the parent and students tabs of our website. If you are a Infinite Campus mobile app user you will have to sign out of the app on your phone and then re-choose our school district on the front page. If you need help please submit a support ticket on the district website.

Just a reminder to parents and students that tomorrow 3/6/26 is an early release day. Students will be released at 12:45pm. Students who leave for CCP are permitted to leave the building at their designated times. All other students who need to sign out prior to 12:45 must turn in a note from a parent/guardian in the office tomorrow morning. This includes students who have been approved for early release on their schedule.

The Rio Grande Womens Soccer team is sponsoring a one day youth soccer for girls in 3rd through 8th grade on April 26th. Registration is limited to 60 participants.
