Due to traffic concerns and for the safety of all, Tri-County students catching the TCCC bus must be dropped off and picked up in the HS student parking lot, which can be accessed near the Holzer building (first entrance). Those dropping off may park in the first row located closest to the JHHS office entrance. Students walking to and from the bus will need to use the sidewalk located in front of the building. Students should not cross through bus parking. In order to maintain the flow of traffic, and to keep everyone safe, please do not drop students off on Ayers Rd. or by parking at neighboring properties. The safety of our students, staff, and families is our priority and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.

Good afternoon, Alexander families!
As you can tell from the photo, we are all very excited to see you tomorrow morning! Since the first day of school is always one of the busiest days of the year, please be patient with us as we kick off the new school year. Bus Riders: Please be ready at your bus stop 5-10 minutes earlier than your scheduled pick-up time. Car Riders: Please give yourselves extra time for drop-off and pick-up. Traffic will be very heavy, and student safety is our top priority. See you in the morning!

The system is also sending out an email to parents that don't have school transportation set up with instructions to contact the school to set it up if you need to. Alexander schools would like to invite our families to participate in the Annual Peanut Butter and Jelly Project presented by Athens County Children Services. Beginning June 4th and running through July 30th each Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm, families in need can come to the front elementary parking lot and be given a week’s supply of peanut butter and jelly with bread while supplies last. This is a free program to help families offset the increased food costs over the summer. If you have any questions, you can call our Outreach worker Kent Felts at 740-592-3061.
