The Infinite Campus parent portal is now open for annual records updates for the 2026-27 school year. When you log in to Parent Portal you will immediately be directed to update information for your students for the coming school year. If you need any assistance with your portal login, please submit a help desk ticket (here : support@alexanderschools.zendesk.com) or click the "support button" on the lower right hand corner of our website homepage. Student course and classroom assignments are currently not available as final scheduling is not complete. They should be available starting in early August. The district will be transitioning a new automated bus routing system starting this school year. The system relies on accurate information within the Infinite Campus System. The varsity girls soccer team is hosting a youth camp for girls going into 1st-6th grade and registration is still open. Please see the attached flyer for more details.
Youth Football sign ups are still open. Sign up in person during practice or via this link: https://www.alexanderspartansyouthfootball.com/ Practice for the 3/4th and 5/6th teams start today, July 13th from 6:00-8:00pm. Flag practice will start on July 27th from 6:00-7:00pm. Practice fields are located behind the school.
Alexander schools would like to invite our families to participate in the Annual Peanut Butter and Jelly Project presented by Athens County Children Services. Beginning June 4th and running through July 30th each Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm, families in need can come to the front elementary parking lot and be given a week’s supply of peanut butter and jelly with bread while supplies last. This is a free program to help families offset the increased food costs over the summer. If you have any questions, you can call our Outreach worker Kent Felts at 740-592-3061. Chromebook Check-in will be held for students in Grade 8 tomorrow during Activity Coaching . All 8th grade students need to turn in their chromebook with a charger tomorrow. Fees for items not turned are $20 for the charger and $249 for the chromebook.
We are hosting district track meets on Wednesday, May 20th and Saturday, May 23rd. We need your help working concessions! For each shift you work, the team of your choosing will receive $20. May 13th will be chromebook collection day for the class of 2026. Please return your chromebooks and power supplies to Mrs Mowry. Students taking AP tests may turn them in after their test.
Thank you to all of our students, families, and staff who came out this morning for our district-wide Beautification Day! The Alexander Board of Education met earlier this week. The end of the year calendar was finalized in order to account for missed days this school year. The last day for students will now be Tuesday, May 26. This will be a full day of school. Please be reminded that there will be a 2 hour early dismissal on Wednesday, May 20 and Friday, May 22. Dismissal on May 20 is to accommodate the District Track Meet being held on campus. This is a great opportunity for our students. The dismissal on May 22 reflects the original school calendar. As always, we appreciate your continued partnership and understanding.

If you are a Infinite Campus mobile app user you will have to sign out of the app on your phone and then re-choose our school district on the front page.
