Hello Alexander,
I am writing to share an update on our calamity days and make-up days, as there have been changes. As of this moment, we have used nine calamity days, which is well beyond our limit. If everything stays the same and we don’t miss any more days, the schedule to make up days is below:
Day 1 - 12/2, Day 2 - 12/15, Day 3 - 12/16, Day 4 - 1/15, Day 5 - 1/22
Day 6 - 1/26 - Make up day - 2/13 - Students and staff need to attend
Day 7 - 1/27 - Make up day - 2/16 - Students and staff need to attend
Day 8 - 1/28 - Make up day - 4/3 - Students and staff need to attend
5/21 is now a full day of school for all due to the changed regular schedule
Day 9 - 1/29 - Make up day - 5/22 - Students and staff need to attend - 2hr early dismissal for students
5/26 - Teacher last day
While I am hopeful that we will not have to miss school again this year, we are only in the middle of February and it is still possible that we may need to cancel school again. If additional days of school are missed, they will be added to the end of the school year.
