The district is using the "Remind" system for messaging at all level including emergency, weather, and general announcements. As a parent and student of Alexander Local School District you will be automatically enrolled in the system with contact information from Infinite Campus. This information is updated frequently to keep the system updated with your current contact information. It is important that you keep your phone number up to date as changes occur. The teachers and coaches will also communicate messages to parents and students (with parental permission for students under the age of 13) concerning homework, grades and practices. The Remind app can be freely downloaded to your phone in your app store. Once you have it installed you can adjust your notification preferences as you desire.
