Drop off - Pickup
Student Drop Off and Pick Procedures:
Elementary School - Elementary Drop-off starts at 7:30 Am with the tardy bell ringing at 8:05. Click here for the instructions and map. We have made changes to the elementary lot by adding a gate to secure the lot during the day. Parents / Guardians will not be able to line up in the elementary lot until 2 PM. Please read the following letter from Mrs. Rouse concerning the gate and afternoon pickup. Click here for letter.
JH/HS - The drop off / Pickup for students in 6th through 12th grade is behind the complex.

Transportation - Busing
The Transportation Office can be reached by calling 740-698-8831 option 4. You can call if you have questions about bus routes for your students. If you are new to the district, call them and they will assign your student (s) to a bus route. You may also send the transportation supervisor an email at transportation@alexanderschools.org.
Payschools Central (PSC): The district has adopted Payschools Central as the platform for student fees, lunch accounts, and future event ticketing. Previously, the district used PFI (or PayForIt) owned by the same company and being retired. Parents accounts existing account with PFI were automatically transferred to PSC. To access your existing account you simply follow this guide: PFI to PSC Guide. Parents new to the district or parents that have not previously had an account can access the information here and create a new PSC account to manage their student lunch account and fees. Records Updates: Every year we need to update student records and forms. This process is easily done in your parent portal on infinite campus. Please see the instructions on our enrollment page. If you are a new family to the district you will just need to fill out the new enrollment form located there.
