Holzer Clinic is set to hold Pre-Participation Sports Physicals for student Athletes for the 2022-23 academic year. Students advancing to grades 7 through 12 for the 2022-23 year are encouraged to contact the clinic at 740-698-1900 to schedule a physical. The clinic is planned for Thursday, May 19th, 2022 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM at the Holzer Clinic adjacent to the school and ARC. You may download the required form here: (Click Here) .
