    There will be a community stakeholder meeting for federal grant programs (ARP, Title, IDEA) used to fund district programs.  The community is invited to come and provide input on how these funds are spent within the district.  The meeting will be held in the Media Center at 1:30 on Friday, May 27th.

    Students in grade 8 this year are required to turn in their Chromebook and charger on Monday May 23rd, 2022 to their Academic Coaching Teacher. Student accounts will be assigned fees if the items are not turned in.  Replacement charges are currently $216 for the Chromebook and $20 for chargers.  Seniors should have turned in their Chromebooks already, but if not must turn it in either tomorrow or at Graduation Practice.  If your student is planning on leaving the district or going to Tri-County then have them turn theirs in as well on Monday. Students in other grades will keep their Chromebooks over summer and bring them back ready to use in August.

Financial Aid Information

The Financial Aid Information Session for seniors and their families will be virtual this year.  Please use the links below to learn about the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), scholarships and grants. The FAFSA opens on October 1.


1. Ohio Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators video: This video is a current look at Financial Aid information produced by the OASFAA.  It also covers all the information from a traditional Financial Aid Night.

2. Federal Student Aid website: Use this website to explore topics about Federal Student Aid.  This site has links to many helpful checklists, worksheets and frequently asked questions.

3. Marietta Area College Fair: There will be a College Fair/FAFSA event at Washington State Community College on October 21 from 5 to 7 p.m.  Families can bring their financial documents and get help with completing and filing the FAFSA during this event.


Please feel free to contact a financial aid office at any college or university for help with the FAFSA.
