Engineers Foundation of Ohio College Scholarship: Applicants must be a graduating high school senior, have at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale, meet the minimum SAT (Math=600, Reading or Composition=500) or ACT (Math=29, English=25) and be a citzen of the United States & a permanent resident of the state of Ohio.
